Pool Rules & Regulations
We want you to enjoy our swimming pools, but we need everyone to observe our Pool Rules & Regulations. This will allow everyone to enjoy the pool and to do so safely.
Everyone using the pool or pool area does so at his or her own risk and sole responsibility. Neither the owner nor the managing agent assumes any responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use.
Applegate Property Management has complete authority to oversee the proper use of the pool by all residents and their guests in such a manner as to provide a safe, enjoyable recreation facility for all. This includes the authority to eject anyone in violation of these rules.
A valid pool pass is required to swim at the pool. Each apartment is limited to have two (2) guests per visit.
Residents must accompany their guests at all times. You are responsible for your guest’s behavior.
Pool parties are NOT permitted.
Anyone under thirteen (13) years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Only those persons able to swim the entire length of the pool shall be permitted in the deep end.
Only small flotation devices are permitted. Size to be limited to the actual size of the user.
No alcoholic beverages, flood/snacks or smoking are permitted within the pool area.
No pets or animals are permitted in the pool area.
Only radios with earphones are permitted. No music will be played aloud around the pool area. This includes listening to music from your apartment or vehicle.
Swimming is to only take place during designated hours: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Proper attire must be worn in the pool area at all times.
All bathers with long hair must have it tied back or in a bathing cap.
Personal items left in the pool area overnight will be disposed of the next morning – NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is to be no hanging or jumping off the pool fencing or gates.
An emergency phone is available. It will only dial 911. You must locate the phone prior to using the pool.
Any failure to comply with these rules shall be considered sufficient cause of any action deemed necessary by the manager. This includes barring violators from use of the pool or pool area.
These rules may be changed by Management at any time.
Anyone seeing these rules being broken should contact the management office immediately.
